Although you may be desperate for players, and eager to earn your commissions, when new people join an organization, it can completely change the culture, so you may want to be careful who you let in.
It’s a delicate balance, of course, to be inclusive while still being selective, but it’s also important to protect a strong band culture and make sure that new players have clear understandings about your expectations and goals as a band, and that their personal goals match those.
Often you can establish that with a quick phone call before you send them all of your affiliate links and details. Later in the course, we'll give you templates and protocols in detail you can "swipe" to handle your own process from lead to recruitment, including the vetting calls.
