Self-paced learning, especially online, can be a bit of an isolating experience.
Set up an online chat group that you routinely use to check in on learners for progress and encouragement.
Try as much as possible to just generally be proactive in reaching out to your learners to answer their questions and remain a mentor as they develop. Although they’ll be getting their teaching resources from the Dojo, you can be their in-person support to show them the ropes and form that teacher / student bond with them.
